A review of your health history, a thorough exam including a postural assessment, and a real conversation about your goals. X-rays right in our office if needed.

Your First Adjustment
We’ll get started on relief. Plan for about 20 to 30 minutes, plus paperwork time if you didn’t finish ahead.
Your second visit
A plan, and a path forward
We’ll schedule your next visit as soon as possible. At that appointment, you’ll see Dr. Jeremy for a discussion of your exam findings and a clear plan for care, tailored to your goals and your body.
